I need to fix, organize and find a cloud based solution for my 400MB MS Access DB

Description: I have a buggy MS Access DB made by myself (I am a dentist!) in which I store all my clients's records. I've been using it for many years and I stored it in a Google Drive folder. It shows me many code errors messages when I open it, but after that it works ok.
I need to clean some unused forms, fix the error messages, embed image storage and management, merge the file currently in use with conflicting others and if possible, find an opensource cloud based alternative to substitute the MS Access tool.
