I need three or four banners done for a website

I need three banners for my website designed for the front page of my website. The dimensions of all the banners MUST be 980x280 (WxH)

First banner
General welcome banner to the site (must have the site logo (attached) in this banner, other than that, no other requirements for this banner other than eye catching, creative and fits the color scheme of the site (red white and blue)

Second Banner:
Promoting the Watches available for Men. must have a picture of a man or men (you don't have to use the one attached but there is one attached) fit the color scheme of the site and be eye catching

Third Banner:
Promoting the watches available for women. Must have picture of a woman or Women (you don't have to use the one attached but there is one attached) fit the color scheme of the site and be eye catching.
