Information on the business: We are a B2B print and design company
Design details: These are A4 NCR forms (Repair Sheet,Job Sheet,Survey Sheet). The forms are currently in MS Excel (attached) and we need them recreating in indesign or illustrator. The job will ultimately be printed in two pantones. We have the pantones and outlined logo, PC fonts required. Forms are all for same client, so consistancy in artwork required.
Ideas for the visual style: Business form, so clean and tidy layout.
Extra notes: This is my first time outsourcing artwork, there will be more if this works out, so hoping to build a relationship.
