I need someone to write me a better CV and cover letter

Extra notes: I've recently been made redundant and need to get my CV (plus cover letter) up to a standard I'm happy with and that generates appropriate response. My current CV is getting plenty of replies since updating in late November but I want to have a compendium/complete CV that lists all of my achievements per job but which can be cut down and tailored for suitable positions, different industries etc. (Currently it's a 2 pager with main highlights only). It also needs to be able to be reduced/adapted easily to suit either contract (my preference) or permanent roles (I've always had perm roles to date).
I want to move into Digital/Online Project Management from Digital Product Management. (I can explain the jargon :0) )
In your proposal please explain how you would do this which differs to any online CV writing service.
I've left the price out as I see this as an important investment to my career and don't want to exclude anyone from making a proposal.
I'll send my CV once I've shortlisted the proposals.
