I need someone to produce a Standalone Wordpress Site

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I am looking for a standlone wordpress themed site with CMS using the following theme - http://publisherdemo.wordpress.com/ - which is restyled to look like my website.

I am looking for someone to,

1) Design the Theme so the Fonts, header image, background colour, and post colours are changed to fit to my website.
2) Links to our Main site on header and footer (such as Home Page, Sign Up and Login link).
3) Include the pages as follows:
- A Blog
- News and Press Page - same as the blog page.
- Partners Page - something that looks like this - http://partners.peopleperhour.com/
4) Feedback Plugin - http://wordpress.org/plugins/usernoise/

Please provide me a quote and production time based on the above criteria.
