I need someone to improve a graphic I have created

I have created a graphic in Word that needs to look a bit more professional. I would like someone to help add a clean finish and single look as it is a bit cut and paste of various graphic types at present e,g, clip art, stick men, etc. I would also like to be able to edit the text post completion if possible as it is a work in progress. I have attached a bit of the graphic I have created, and also an idea of the sort of thing I want. Thanks.
