I need someone to help me with changes on a wordpress theme

I am currently working on my website, everything is already set up and I have some changes to do on the wordpress theme I used. The majority of the changes are pretty easy stuff that even I should be able to do if I had the free time (which I don't unfortunately). The only big change is a modification of the main grid, and an added front page. Since I'm a designer I already did everything on Illustrator, I just need someone to apply it.
