I need someone to complete a business plan that is 70% complete.

The business plan is already 70% complete. The sections left outstanding are the financials.

I am looking for someone with good business,finance or accounting skills with a good knowledge of business plan writing skills.

The business plan will need reviewing and editing. The financials will need to be done. All product pricing, sales projections, start up costs and resource costs have already been identified. They will just need to be put together in a business plan structure.
