I need someone to code my email template design with PHP scripting

- this will involve HTML coding of the email template designed
- clients who send an initial enquiry message via the site's contact form will receive an automatic email saying that I will respond
- in this automatic email, they can download a pdf booklet that I have created
- they will also be able to read the message that they sent to me

- the second style of the email template will just be a notification of thanks for downloading a document, if they have downloaded a free document from the 'extras' page (see portfolio)
