I need someone to clean up my LOGO draft !!

Hi guys!

I've drafted out a logo for my brand using images found on the net, I just need someone skilled in photoshop to clean it up so it looks sharp up to around 1000px. All the basics are there, I just need it to be neater.

It's important that it looks exactly like it does in my image.

The most difficult part will probably be the flare, if you have done similar work before please send it over, if not i'll need to see a rough draft of this before awarding you the project.

The font is 'Roboto Medium' easily downloadable from the net.
