I need someone to add additional content to website - it is currently word/excel doc

I have several word documents all have word with excel table embedded (although I can change the latter to word tables...cumbersome though). I will also need someone who I can rely on in the long term as pages will require frequent updating (we are a consultancy with accounting/taxation services with lots of articles). There are around 50 pages with 10 different places they need to be 'posted'. Website will be released to me around 10 days time (it is not economic for me to give to developers to upload all bar basic content). I would also like to have someone I can see face-to-face occasionally - have office in London which make sit easier to work side-by-side. Can even come and show you the word documents. Sensitive information so don't want to send to you now as we are in copyright. Thanks very much. Tilesh
