I need some one to reconfigure some PHP code

We provide online data and mapping platforms. The current requirement is for a PHP developer with MySQL experience to modify some exiting PHP code to ensure variables are parsed from a config.php file into the code and subseqent web pages. In addition we need the template php files to be modified to provide an alternative layout structure. All the code is configured to run of a CMS system that uses MySQL as the database engine.
