I need some "magic dust" sprinkled on a website template to make it looked finished

This is for a web and online solutions development company that has in-depth development skills in ecommerce, Content Management Systems, retail and commerce systems integration. However they are not a creative agency so this requirement is to create 3 pages based on the attached outline.

The attached pages are made up of functional blocks but they lack that "creative design look". The required deliverable is 3 high-res PSD files - however the company will insert their graphics in the "content Area" shown on slide 3 (i.e. from their library or from their customer assets). So, any images within that area can be sketches or low-res ones as design guides.

The finished website should convey the feeling that "this company is an experienced ecommerce and systems development company" rather than "a pure digital creative company". Normally, their customers provide the creative assets that have usually been developed by one of the big 3 Ad agencies.

Hopefully that makes sense....
