I need some data processing done.

I have a set of standard statements.

These standard statements have different outcomes for a number of fixed variables. The outcomes are standard as well i.e. yes, yes with conditions, no, no with conditions. The outcomes from hereon will be defined as answers.

I now need the standard statements, converted into questions, i.e. reverse engineer the statement to a question depending on the answer.

Simple job, need it done today. Perfect english is a must.
