I need some 2D character art for a basic mobile game

I am trying to start out in mobile game development. This is my first game and I need someone to make me some characters for the game. Its very basic. I have uploaded an idea I have for the art req (very poor art sorry!) I have a handfull of games I'm going to release so if you produce what I am looking for, we will be working together for quite a few projects. My budget is very low for this as I am just starting out and this game is simply a freebie. However all future projects can be negotiated and we can hopefully create some exciting games together! If im aiming too low for my budget, just let me know what you require and ill consider it. Remember im starting out here and dont want to offend you, just start up.
