I need PowerPoint presentation content redesigned to make it inspiring

I have a PowerPoint presentation written and ready to go. Its about 140 slides (4 modules of training). However, I would like to add pictures and make it inspiring. It is just a lot of slides with writing on at the moment so I'd like the pictures to be used to make it fun, memorable and inspiring (less wordy basically but to get the same message across). I can get the pictures, its the design, suggestions and layout of the content I need help with please. Thanks, Charlotte.
