I need my web site redesigned in php

I am starting a web site which supposed to sell hosting plans. Currently my site is dressed with a bought theme for WHMCS. I am looking for someone who can design my web site with similar features to www. eleven 2 .com. And on completion it should be intergrated with WHMCS billing system. My budget is very limited due to financial constraints.I am attaching a model of how my site should look like.
