I need my three page event proposal spiced up

I have a three page proposal with text images and links. These need to be designed into a client ready proposal for an event I am organising. You will chose the look appropriate for the subject- Think Sporty meets Tiffanys. Chose the font. Blend the pictures I will attach and from from the links I provide, lay images behind text, arrange text, format, make it look bitchin :-). 1week-10 day turnaround.
