I need my script retrofitted for memcache usage

I need a MySQL and PHP expert to retrofit a blog script (based on the now defunct Pixelpost platform) with memcache. So, essentially I want my data to be cached into the memcache module to improve overall site performance. Memcache is installed on my server and works perfectly with scripts that support it, i.e Prestashop. However this older script has no caching options.

Please only apply if you have the necessary knowledge regarding PHP and SQL queries, experience with memcache is preferred. I am looking for completion within a 2 week window, so plenty of time.

I either want the index.php modified with the necessary adjustments (probably quickest) or the ability to use a plugin/addon that enables memcache support (much harder to achieve).

You can find all the necessary code online by looking up both Pixelpost and Memcache. Pixelpost should still be available for download on their official website. Keep in mind that I will be providing a modified version of the blog script but it would be best to do your research on the script before applying.
