I need my product brochure re-designed

I would like the attached brochure re-designed to look more professional - most of the content will remain the same - only a couple of small changes needed.
The challenge will be to fit all the content in while keeping the font as large as possible.
I will need the files (not sure what format the printer needs) ready for printing by the 25th of September.
I will only accept proposals from people who will deliver on time so if you have a heavy schedule or keep dragging things out, then please don't apply.
