I need help with an Excel spreadsheet and need Vlookup codes creating

Description: I have a multi column spreadsheet which is exported data from an e-commerce website. It lists around 4,500 products.

I have a second spreadsheet which lists product codes and image name against each.

I need the image names from 2 adding to sheet 1 to give me the image names where present.

I also have a 3rd spreadsheet which lists approx 17000 image names contained on a DVD. I need to tally up the data to check that the image exists, and return a "not found" value if missing.
