I need help to protect my company legally

Require all necessary legal documents, and Contracts for employing people in manufacturing of garments, performing arts, and sales.
also admin/office work. Require help to protect my intellectual copyright, trade marks, logo, icons, favicons, and trading style.
Bank is taking care of all insurances.
any help to get me on the road in October, so I can give staff a decent pay packet before and running up to Christmas would be welcome. Rate is totally negotiable, but I cannot leave it blank.
Coming out of Retirement, on state pension, to do this venture. No cash cow here, just a sad ole moo! :}
