I need help to protect my company legally

require Contracts, business vehicle, intellectual copyright and protection of trade style, name and logo etc. Using my own name, trading as *Sassy* with the bank, Lloyds, I have set up my bank account for the business already. I have ideas for a trading vehicle, sole trader - to begin with. I will need public and employers' liability insurance in the multi-millions, my bank will doubtless want that business! - and legal representation in all matters contractual (me with staff, me with suppliers and me with buyers, possibly me with landlord of commercial premises) on an ongoing basis. Either ad hoc, or retained. Please consider the commitment required in time and effort and be aware this is no Cash Cow. This is a pensioner on pension credit being forced back to work and determined to engage others, and create something valid, from a nightmare situation.
