I need help expanding my business/ idea

Summary: I now run a small freelance business called Birdboy Group – A cycle courier collecting and delivering packages around London for business and consumers

What i want help expanding to.
I plan to expand the business Birdboy Group to include another division called Birdboy Logistics – this is basically me sourcing new and old wooden pallets and recycling the old wood to recycle centers and waste management for rebate price and also the new and almost new wooden pallets to be sold on again to possible transportation/delivery companies
