Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Num. of words: 300
Industry: Internet/Software
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: I want a page like this: http://besnappy.com/security for my company website (kivalogic.com), but I want it written in a different tone and words so it's not copied verbatim- that page is just an example for what I want. It should be professional and formal, and potential customers should read it and feel good knowing that we take their security very seriously and have extensive measures in place to keep it that way.
I think they did a really good job on that page. I really like their format and the points they cover. Here are some differences that I would like you to incorporate:
-we have partnered (or enlisted) a professional hosting and infrastructure company called VMFarms to manage all of our server operation and infrastructure (the same company that manages the servers and infrastructure for Wave Accounting!!)
-we have PCI scans and security scans performed regularly on our servers
-we have a high availability setup with automatic failover
-data is backed up regularly and securely
-I do not want to provide a list of the firms and people who have scanned and audited our software
-our help desk is here: http://kivalogic.uservoice.com/
-we use cloudflare to increase our security through their firewall and ddos protection
There is a bit of freedom here to craft something that will read well, I'm not too strict on the headings and content, I just want to get the message across and really like what the sample company above was able to write.
Please have some experience writing tech stuff like this, if you have any samples please link them in. Let me know how much this costs and what your time frame would be, and if you have any questions just message me. Thanks!
