I need an xml feed edited

Please see the attached xml file. I need someone to edit it to:

1. Change all the "f"'s in the gender section to female and all the "m"'s to male and all the "u"'s to male as well

2. I need a section added to every item that is "age group" which for all items is adult

3. I need a section added that is "color" whcih can be found in either the title or the description but only lists the color
