I need an Image Designed with different written stuff and drawings.

I want to get an professional and very good image designed in the same format as the link attached below. I cannot use this example Image as there is a lot more information and drawings which needs to go there.

The image will be used on the front of the page of our Fitness and nutrition blog so the size will be big. And information and drawings need to relate to sports fitness nutrition, games, players etc (can discuss it in detail).

Will also give the color theme (Almost similar in example image) and more information . This image should be creatively made and looking for a creative designer.
