I need an experienced E-Commerce graphic designer!

We need someone who can work on the design and graphics for our ecommerce magento site. We need a very experienced, web 2.0 and analytics obsessed person who understands optimization and testing different graphics, looks, feels and approaches. We are an ecommerce business selling travel sized toiletries in the USA. You will be directed by our co-founder who is the art director and our VP of engineering who built the ecommerce site. We will only consider your proposal if you examples of work you have done in ecommerce and work aimed at the higher end, mainly female demographic.
