I need an ebay listing template reviewed and fixed

I have an ebay listing template which requires a few items fixing. The design is complete but:

- the search function does not work at all (not linked to my store search)
- I need an automatic image resizer for the gallery as my images are not uploading properly
- my description text overlaps another text box
- I need widget chimp adding to the bottom (space already built into the listing for this.
- I need my logo added to the header with a link to my store built in

Code is supplied as well as test listings and images showing the issues, just need these few items fixed quick - feel free to quote what you will. I'm looking for completion by tomorrow if possible.
