I need an automatic invoice generating from excel spreadsheet information.

I have all our clients data in a spread sheet that contains; name, address, item description, cost, date of sale etc... I need a way of quickly generating a standard invoice from this data. the invoice need to be then printed and stored as a PDF.

Just to let you know a bit more about what I need. I sell about 20-50 items per month. It takes ages to copy all of the info out of the sales spreadsheet and individually create invoices. I need a simple system that can generate an invoice from each sale shown on the spread sheet. Ideally just a button at the end of each row which can take the cell data and populate an invoice that can then be printed off as a pdf.
