I need an artworker experienced in photoshop

I have some images that have been taken from original antique fabrics. They have already been scanned and manipulated to some dgree, they are currently saved as pds files. I am looking for an artworker who has a good eye for colour and good photoshop skills and enjoys getting detail right. The artwork is done but needs to be taken to the quality finish stage ready for print reproduction.I anticipate that a file may take 3 hours to someone with average skill an hour to someoen who is is quick at photoshop. I have a maximum budget of £45 per image. I have several images to do and the applicant would have opportunity for additional work.
