I need all seo work to be performed and more

I own over 30 websites and over 1,000 domains in cash parking.

I need the websites to be in all search engines 1st page of each to get as much customers as I can and keep it up there all the time. I need the same thing for the domains..

example: www.financialmarketleaders.com is a website that I own. If you type in key words for example that have to do with that site, it doesn't pop up anywhere. I need it to. I am ranging from 38,000 -52,000 hits monthly but I need more than that consistantly to get paid by my advertizers more money.

I will need the same thing done for my other 30 websites and also domains correctly to where I do not have to have ongoing services being paid out. I need them to be optimized to where I do not have to pay google to put me up therer they will just be on the 1st page just because... Is this possible?

I also own a landscaping company and need that to be on the front page of yahoo, bing, google etc... The only way I am going to make it in this business is being seen on the front pages of many search engines for maximum growth potential..
