I need accent and pronunciation assessment

I need a native English speaker to assess my pronunciation and accent.

I have spoken English all my live but not being able to live in England till very recently, I have a thick accent. Sometimes I am regarded as a native speaker, sometimes I am spotted straightaway.

The work would be very simple. I would send you audio clips of real conversations, maybe some readings from me. They would all be short, no more than 5 minutes. Your task would be two: firstly, note down what things sound unnatural for you in terms of intonation, rhythm and accent in general. In other words, what I do different from a native English speaker. Secondly, provide feedback on how to fix those issues and build a native-like accent.

In short, I am looking for a male or female native English role model to imitate and who can tell me what I do wrong. Therefore, the more English and clear your pronunciation, the better. I wouldn't mind being assessed by people with strong regional accents like Scouser or Glaswegian as far as they commit to the task of help me sound native.

Hours and budget are both negotiable!!

PS: I sound frigging cold on this description because I want to be clear but I am actually a very friend pal :)
