I need a wordpress template set up for my content

I have a WordPress template i would like to use, and need someone to set it up, so all i have to do is add content. I have a template which is already on my server, but i need someone to get it up and running with some modifications as soon as possible. Once the site is set up and i have added my content, i need you to make sure it goes live. I currently have a hosting company with multiple domains and need to make sure this works with my other websites as well. There is a form which needs to be set up so people may subscribe to download a report and i use mail-chimp as my back end email system, so the form would need to be compatible with this as well, so it is as easy as pie to have someone sign up for the report and it extends into my mail-chimp system. I am pretty versed with WordPress, and i will be able to respond immediately to whomever is chosen to take on this task. For a seasoned WordPress person, this shouldn't take any time at all, as most of the build is done already in the template, but i do not have time to play around with this to achieve my end result. I have attached two documents which show how i would like the homepage to be set up, as well as how i would like the content pages to look.
In addition the site needs to be optimized for seo
A sitemap needs to be generated
and security needs to be set up (askimet)
I am in a big hurry to get this done, and will award the job tomorrow to whom ever will fit my budget and will be able to complete this job by April 1st, including help with going live. I look forward to awarding this asap. details will follow to chosen person.
