I need a wordpress developer to help with the back end for a netflix like site

General information for the website: Monthly payable membership website for streaming movies
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: 1. User registration

2. User login (with sign with facebook as well)

3. Users can then pay for subscription, which they can pay via paypal or credit card, on a monthly basis

a. They will of course have their account page, from which they can unsubscribe at any time and resubscribe shall they wish too
b. Account page to hold exactly the same info as a Netflix account (shall you need a screenshot, please let me know)

4. I am guessing in order to allow users to have a paid subscription you will need to use some plugins, whichever plugin you will use, should be configured so that only paying users can access actually watch the movies, unsubscribed users can only access their basic account

5. The movies themselves would be stored in Amazon S3, however I am guessing this will need to be integrated with the membership plugin, to allow users to access the content from the time they subscribe

6. A video player will be required, if you have suggestions on which are best suited please do let me know

7. Users will be able to review the movies they watch shall they wish to, again please let me know which plugin you would use to do this and if this is something you want to work on as well (given this is not much back end)

8. The client wants to allow users to upload their own movies, if they have copyright for them only, the movie would then go to moderation to be approved or not by the admit of the site

9. Users will have the ability to redeem codes for gift vouchers or discounted memberships
Specific technologies required: Wordpress plugins for paid membership, responsive video player, configuration with Amazon CDN
