I need a website designing and built

Hi,

I am looking to set up a website for the franchise that I have just brought. The frachaise is from Picture Blast for there Party Booth (look at www.pictureblast.co.uk)
The features that I would require would be similar to PB with the party booth page, FAQ’s and also a contact and booking form. I am on a very tight budget and I am looking at the possibities..I am open to suggestions...
