I need a website design and a site logo

I am looking for an experienced professional designer, who can create a nice looking design for my new website. My main purpose is setting up one more website providing users flash games for free. So that, i need a usable website design to be very similar to those existing at the moment, such as a10.com , kizi.com, friv.com. But still it must have some special features. My guess is that the website won't consist of more than 5-6 types of webpages. The website design should be compatible with mobile devices. It is also good to make the site logo using the website title. More detailed information is attached.
