I need a website Design

I need 5-7 Main Pages Created.

The Navigation Bar wihin the website itself will have

5-6 Headings Going From Left to Right

Within the Navagation Bar

The Second Heading Within The Navgation Bar Will have 10 Sub Headings within a dropdown.

The Third Navagation Menu Heading Will Have 8 Sub Headings

The Forth Menu Heading Will Take the User to a Page Wizzard.

I will need you to create a Foumla from the spreadsheet I have when certain options our picked for it to calcualte the total for the customer, "My Wizard" (working title) I have created a spreadsheet for the winning bid to view and use.

The Fitfh Menu Heading Will Have two Sub Headings One Being Contact Us and Another will be named to the Winning Bidder.

This is the bid to get the site up and running once the site has been placed on My Host on My Website Their will be BI-Monthly Updates.(i.e once a month or once every other month this is not included in the current budget.)I hope to use the winning bidder for this but is not guranteed.
