I need a Website building.

I need a website building, the site needs to be clean fresh easy to navigate around and simple on the eye, I already have some artwork done for the
corporate image and ideas as to how I want it set out, but would obviously need someone that I could have dialogue with to achieve the final site.

Here are a few things I need as standard:

1. Shop / e-commerce system (shopping cart etc)
2. Ability to add Products.
3. Ability to add Categories.
4. Cross browser compatible.
5. Social media interaction.
6. Live chat option for customer enquiries.
7. Ability to change and add special offers to the site.
8. Ability to add, delete and edit pages and content.

9. I need an initial coming soon page as well while the website is being made this will need doing first.

I am looking for someone to not only build the site but to be a visionary and share in my ambitions for the future of the website, with the potential of coming on board from the start with the scope for ongoing business.
