I need a tech speciliast familiar with Salesforce & Vertical Response

Essentially we have a high end fully functioning site that operates from a back end system using Saleforce. We have had some problems recently with SF but have resolved them now. We had an entire database of clients in vertical response and since we resolved the Salesforce issues - our client base is not viewable..

Salesforce is very difficult to deal with and I feel like I'm going in circles, as I'm not a tech person. Need someone to help me fix.

The tech person for the job will need to sign a non disclosure and privacy agreement for the clients protection.
