I need a solicitor t read through a lease contract

I have a really tight budget but have a five year lease with a two year break clause on a cafe/ takeaway. I have been sent the 15 page contract to sign but cannot afford the prices the solicitors in my area want to check out the contract. I would like someone to read the contract and let me know if it is ok and not detrimental to myself . The contract starts on April 1st and would appreciate some help and advice
