I need a search engine with vote up/down-ranking system and crawler

General information for the business: Private citizen

Description of every module:
Home (the search mask):
- In the center there is the logo
- a search field
- a button (with a magnifying glass symbol).

Search results:
- If a user clicks on a result, he/she will redirected to a "Hello"-Page (more information in the "Hello"-page section) and then to the selected website.
- In the right corner of every search result there are two buttons, the first button (heart symbol), the second button is a share button (if you click it, a modal window will pop up and show the following share buttons: Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, Reddit etc.).
- On the left corner of verified websites there is a tick.
-If a unregistred user clicks on a like-button, he/she will redirected to the login page.

"Hello"-Page:
- a text which says: "Wait one..".
- a Google Adsense Banner (468 x 60).

Login-Page:
- a button (Facebook symbol; Sign In with Facebook).
- Facebook App which records the facebook user, the email of the user and all websites the user have liked in a database.
- a button (Twitter symbol; Sign In with Twitter).
- Twitter app, look at the facebook app.

Admin-Panel (functions):
- Remove a specific website/ search result.
- Verify a website (List where you can add websites).
- Add tracking code.
- Import the crawled websites (the databases).

Description of requirements/functionality:
The search engine should be a php script which is hosted on a normal web server. The crawler should be a python script which (you can use a open source crawler too, for saving time) which will be run on a seperate computer (Raspberry Pi, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raspberry_Pi). The crawled websited can be exported as a database which you can import over the admin panel.
