I need a sample t shirt

I would like a tech pack, cutting pattern and sample made, based on sketches, photos and a detailed description.

Any advice or contacts regarding fabrics, printing, manufacturing would be hugely appreciated.

I will likely be meeting with all the suitable freelancers and companies I will be working with to build a good working relationship for the future and to better get my ideas across so I hope this would be possible also.
