I need a rails developer to complete building a social network

I’m looking for a good quality generalist web developer that doesn’t suck at design, to help me complete a travel and language social networking website.

The prototype is partly built, using Ruby on Rails, running over a Postgres database, using Twitter’s Bootstrap CSS+JS framework.

I will likely also need some help with other tech stuff.

I’m after someone:
• Preferably, based in London.
• Who is a web generalist. We used Ruby on Rails, so you will need to work with this.
• Knows a bit (or a lot!) about UX theory, and doesn’t suck entirely at design
• Is preferably capable of front-end development – Javascript, CSS etc
• Preferably has some mobile and social networking experience
