I need a quality SEO Strategy and Implementation

I'm looking for an experienced service provider to handle the monthly SEO of my small business website (http://damonza.com).

Specifically, my main goal is to organically reach the 1st page on Google.com for approximately 6 or 7 key phrases. I am already on page 1 for two of the phrases.

The phrases are:

ebook cover design

cover design
cover designer
best book cover designer

I'm open to other keywords/phrases if you have suggestions.

The budget I've set is for a monthly service to get the site ranking to the top within a month or two and to keep it there.
