I need a programmer/web developer

I am working on designs for a website and I need someone to develop the technical side.

The aim of the site is to allow users to submit text and up to 3 images which would then be styled into a layout

To start this project I need to create -
A login box that allows users to login with a username, password and their email address.

the login would take users to their own personal page within the site. This page would contain a form simular to a form found on a second hand selling site with 7 different text fields and 3 browse buttons for image selection.

Also there would be a ´choose category´and ´sub category´ drop down menu.

This page would also include a list of all articles submitted by the user.

The information on the form would be styled into a layout. The user would be able to preview the layout and then return to the form page and edit their content further. Once the user is happy with their article it can be posted onto the main site.
