I need a professional wordpress website design

Extra notes: I have just switched my blogger site to wordpress.

The site is www.boxingtipster.com it is a boxing betting site where i share my thoughts on up and coming boxing fights and write articles.

I am looking for an excellent wordpress designer to help my website look professional and stand out with exceptional design and layout.

I know how i want the site to be laid out and i have a few ideas for design but i am also looking for a designers input also so i am looking for a designer who is patient and is happy to trial and error and can also input with some ideas too, it may be that the designer needs to design a header from scratch.

I also want to integrate an email sign up form into the site so that members can sign up to weekly newsletters so an hourlie who is familiar with this process is required (i usually use mailchimp but am open to suggestions if the hourlie can recommend better)

Some good SEO input would be good also
