Hello PPH community, I need a WordPress project bidding theme extensively customised to my requirements. Please spend some time looking at the theme below to see if you have the right skills to work on this job.
SITE DEMO - http://onlinedemo.sitemile.com/?theme=project
ADMIN DEMO - http://onlinedemo.sitemile.com/?theme=project_admin
Here is an example of the same theme that has been customised. I would like a similar style and design : https://rocketlegal.com.au/
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
* I would like the project completing within one month.
* I want all development to be completed on your own web server. Once I am happy with the design and have completed initial testing of the functionality I will allow access to my hosting account for the files to be transferred.
* I would like general WordPress site security improving to prevent any possible chances of hacks occurring. If you can consult me on this then I can carry this out.
DESIGN
* Logo design is required.
* I may ask for some icons on the theme to be replaced with others.
* Child theme must be created and the layout of the homepage modified. Style sheet edited to achieve desired design.
* All content and text supplied by me.
!!!!!! PLEASE SPEND SOME TIME LOOKING AT ADMIN DEMO !!!!!!
CUSTOM FUNCTIONALITY REQUIRED
Some of this functionality may exist already but these are essential requirements.
* Two user types, Buyer & Seller. Only sellers can see projects, no buyers can see any projects other than those that they have created themselves.
* Sellers can not see each others bid proposals, only the buyer sees these.
* Users identity, such as username, information such as Web-address is hidden until both partys accept a proposal and pay the funds.
* On project creation the buyer can upload documents, these are available to sellers to view.
* Sellers can also upload documents when they bid on the work, these are available to view by the buyer.
* ALL messages on the site and project bids etc are moderated by the admin before sending.
* Sellers profiles are view-able at all times. Although they are anonymous usernames. Apart from when a job has been awarded. At all times the buyers can click on the usernames though and view their portfolio images and profile information.
* Categories on the website such as Windows, Roof-lights etc. Seller can tick that they provide these. Hence when a Buyer views the categories and ticks windows they can see all anonymous profiles of these suppliers and check their portfolios and invite them to bid on their work.
* Automated emails sent to the buyers and sellers, i.e. Someone has just bid on your project... etc.
* Monetisation method/process.
Buyer A accepts the project bid one Seller B. When they press accept they have to pay a 0.5% deposit to prove they are serious about the work, they need to accept terms and conditions here also.
Buyer A has paid 0.5% deposit which is automatically calculated from sellers proposal. Seller is notified and also must pay 0.5% deposit to fully unlock the work and obtain the contact details of the buyer. Once that is paid, both party's contact details are unlocked and they buyer and seller can complete the transaction offline.
As stated much of this functionality exists already but some of it requires modification. If you are interested in this job please send me an email with as many links to relevant websites you have developed. Please start the message with the word construction to prove to me you have read the brief, any emails without this will be ignored as you have clearly not read the brief. Any further clarifications that are needed please do ask at this stage, questions show me that you care about getting things right! I look forward to your project bids and working on this project with you :)
