I need a professional website through which clients can upload their own info

Wordpress Website that showcases real life weddings. I need for real life couples to upload their own photos and information into a template which I vet before allowing it to be published to the website. Basically it is for other couples to filter using brands/ geography/ themes/ hotels/ months/ seasons to get an idea of what other people did and what their budgets were and any advice or reviews they may have.

I also need a marketplace whereby brides can sell their dresses or whatever and these items can be linked to their real-life wedding page (and vice versa). Similar to Gumtree.

This is not a blog as such as there will be word restrictions so it is not a "Bob and I met...." forum, but information and correlating photos which can be filtered.

The only reason I have specified wordpress is so that I am not beholden to a web development company and their server. If there is something more appropriate to use, I am all ears. I will need help linking the URL.

I need:

1) Domain Name
2) Email Addresses for me as admin
3) Registration for users (username is their email address)
4) "Upload your celebration" page where users upload their wedding details and photos in a word-restricted form that's easy to use and visually clean = this will be the most important part of the website. It is here where there will be certain drop down boxes that they must use to facilitate the search and filter option. Registered users can also rate (with stars) the vendors. Two photos MAX per heading. Eg: Dress, ceremony, reception, celebrant, bridesmaids etc
5) A page to sell items with links to their celebrations page (like Gumtree) or ability to link to gumtree/ ebay
6) Ability for users (registered or guests) to filter and search
7) Ability to favourite either other users or major headings (e.g.: Port Douglas) or certain weddings (e.g.: winter weddings)
8) ability to contact users (registered users can choose not to be contacted) or suppliers
9) directory of suppliers automatically generated once a celebration has been entered into the site where they were used (this information is pulled from the "upload your celebration" page. Vendors can be sorted by a variety of filters too.
