I need a professional website for construction company

Description: I am looking to update our current website, which is very old, to the latest version of HTML which will also work on an iPhone or iPad, etc. and will rank well in searches, be SEO, etc. I would like to get this done within the next couple of weeks if possible.

We are now concentrating on more commercial works, I want our website to look more commercial, our logo on our current website is the old logo and I attach some pdf's with our new logo.

I have seen an example of what I like in a template form, can this be modified or does it need to be done from scratch? see the following link;

I would like the ability to update the portfolio ourselves and I only want to have 4 of the tabs/links along the top as follows;

Home, Services, Portfolio, About, Contact Us.

I would like to have a nice picture of either a skyline or nice buildings in London on our front page.

We have a number of accreditations, I would like these clearly visible and I would also like the telephone number clearly visible on the home page.

On the link shown above I only want the top half of the website, I attach an image showing what we would like for size from this image.

Once the website is done I would like all of the files as we have hosting and would like to have a copy of the files.

I am happy for someone to work remotely or come down to our office in London E1. I have a brochure as pdf format which I can email to anyone, I also attach sample of our brochure and case studies we give to clients.
